Joshua Bohnsack‘s work has appeared in The Rumpus, McSweeney’s Internet Tendency, Salt Hill, AGNI, SAND, Lit Hub, Vol. 1 Brooklyn, Essay Daily, and others. He is the author of the novella Two Hands (Fruit Bat Press).

He is the founding editor of Long Day Press, a hand-bound chapbook publisher, the managing editor for TriQuarterly, faculty advisor of Oyez Review, former marketing at Dalkey Archive Press, and former managing editor of Curbside Splendor Publishing. He received an MFA in creative writing at Northwestern University and a BA at the University of Iowa.
He grew up on a farm and ran an ice cream shop in rural Illinois until he moved to Chicago. In addition to writing & publishing, he is a printmaker and makes music.
